college graduates
to land their first jobs.
Lose the stress and overwhelm.
Get excited about your future!
You don’t have to feel
unqualified for a “REAL” job.
Lack of experience does not make you unqualified.
Fear of the unknown does not make you unqualified.
Feeling stressed does not make you unqualified.
Being nervous does not make you unqualified.
You worked too hard, studied too much, and spent too much time (and usually money) on school to not feel ready.
You have all the necessary skills and experience to land your first job.
Hello, I am Zach.
You are not alone. I remember feeling nervous and unsure of my decisions when I applied and started my internship and again when that same company (that I had worked at for over a year) started talking to me about coming aboard full time. To be honest, I felt the same way every time I asked for a promotion or interviewed for a new job since then too.
Drawing from experiences in my own career and from 5+ years of mentoring college juniors and seniors, I have put together this program to help guide young adults through this overwhelming but rewarding time in their lives.
